The Harvard Debate Council Diversity Project (“Harvard Diversity Project”) is an official program of Harvard College providing underserved youth ages 13 – 17 (8th – 11th graders) in the City of Atlanta, Clayton, Cobb, Dekalb, Douglas, Fulton, Fayette, Gwinnett, and Rockdale counties.
